The documents required by Loaniva may vary depending on the type of financing requested and the applicant's circumstances.

General Requirements

Applicants may be required to provide:

• National Identification Card or passport;

• Proof of income;

• Bank statements;

• Recent payslips;

• Proof of address where applicable;

• Bank, mobile-money or approved e-wallet details;

• Completed application form; and

• Any additional documentation required during verification.

Student Loan Requirements

Students may be required to provide:

• Grade 12 certificate;

• Admission letter;

• Valid identification;

• Proof of enrollment where applicable; and

• Information concerning the educational expenses for which financing is requested.

Personal Loan Requirements

Personal-loan applicants may be required to provide:

• Valid identification;

• Bank statements covering the required period;

• Recent payslips or proof of income;

• Proof of address where applicable; and

• Other information required during assessment.

Business Loan Requirements

Business applicants may be required to provide:

• Valid identification;

Construction Loan Requirements

Construction financing applicants may be required to provide:

Verification and Non-Collateral Fees

Where applicable, Loaniva may charge verification, non-collateral, processing, insurance or other fees.

Any applicable fee must be disclosed to the applicant before payment is required.

For example, if the applicable non-collateral fee is 4.2%, a ZMW 10,000 financing request would result in a fee of ZMW 420.

The exact applicable fees will depend on the financing product and applicable terms.

Payment of a fee does not guarantee loan approval unless expressly stated otherwise in a legally binding agreement.
